Custom embroidery gives your image a huge boost.

We, at Head-to-Toe Uniforms, specialize in embroidering company logos & names. Choose from our stock fonts or you can provide us with your custom logo & font.

The first step to custom embroidery is digitization. This step involves taking your artwork &  copying it into a digital file that will be compatible with embroidery machinery. This step is crucial because the digitizer must have expertise in his/her work so that your logo looks 100% true to its original rendering.  If a sub-par digitizer is used, the logo will not look its best.

We are pleased to inform you that we retain the services of one of the best digitizers in Toronto. His fee is $100.00/logo and it is a one-time set-up fee. This means that any subsequent orders you would like embroidered using said logo will not incur set-up charges. 

The second step is choosing the thread colour & placement of your logo. Care is taken to choose the right thread colours that are represented in your logo. However, a garment's colour must be taken into account as well to ensure that your logo will show up properly. If an adjustment in thread colour has to be made, we will discuss this with you before embroidering.

The same can be said for placement of your logo. 95% of embroidery is done on the left chest; yet if something is obstructing the left chest or you would prefer an alternate site to be embroidered (right chest, arm etc.) we will follow your instructions.

The third & final step is the actual embroidery. Large intricate logos have a higher stitch count than smaller, simpler ones. Pricing for embroidery is determined through the stitch count & number of pieces being embroidered. The average cost of embroidery is $5.00-$8.00 per garment. If you are embroidering just one garment, there is a minimum charge of $25.00.

Embroidery of names and/or titles only does not require digitizing. The fee is $20.00 per line
