How long until I receive my order?
We endeavor to process & ship your order in a timely fashion. Standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks You will receive on email from head to toe uniforms once your order ships. If your order is on "back order" we can give you an ETA.
I live in Toronto. Is there a showroom I can go to try on the garments?
There is no showroom. We are a online store only. In order to bet serve your needs we do send out sample packages for office fittings. Please call us for details. 416-785-1884
What are the costs involved with embroidery?
If you have embroidered your company logo before, then you probably have a DIGITAL file of it & you do not have to go through the digitizing process. Just forward to us the DST file along with a PDF of your logo & we will take it from there. The only cost you will incur is for the embroidery itself.
Embroidery can run from $5.00-$10.00/garment depending upon the stitch count of the logo & the number of pieces being embroidered.
If you do not have a digital file of your logo, then digitization is $100.00. It is a one-time fee & you can re-use it for as long as you keep that logo. Any changes to your existing logo will require new digitization & a new fee.
What if I don't have a logo or do not want it embroidered but just want my personal name &/or title embroidered?
In this case, no digitizing fees apply. The only fee is for embroidery of name which is roughly $15.00 (it goes by character count & # of lines used.)
