All shipping is based upon availability. You have seven days to decide whether you wish to keep the uniform ordered. This means for seven days the garment may be in your possession. We understand that the customer cannot control transportation schedules; therefore, transport time is over and above the seven days. If the customer has abided by the terms and wishes a refund/exchange, it will be cheerfully done – no questions asked. Garments must be in original condition. Of course shipping costs to and from each destination are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be refunded. Embroidered garments are a final sale. If however, the garments were kept for longer than seven days, a credit note will be issued and is valid for one year. We, at Head To Toe Uniforms Inc., respect you, the customer. A Word About Our Fabrics
All of our uniforms are low maintenance, i.e. machine washable and dryer safe. When drying your uniforms, the excess pile of new fabric will sometimes accumulate in certain areas. Simply remove the accumulations by hand or using a pill brush (which is available in most department stores) to remove the excess.
Constant friction from ill-fitting pants, for example, or from continuous brushing against an object, may cause the fabric to “catch”. Choose your size carefully and be cognizant of the areas with which you come in contact. Remember to give your uniforms a rest. Alternate them with other uniforms so they won’t wear out prematurely. When treated properly, your uniforms will give you years of enjoyment.
